You’ve done the inner work. Now bring it into the room.
Who This Is For
The Weekend Intensive is for graduates of the MyStillPlace six-week online program.
If you’ve completed the online component, you already know your values, your patterns, your StillPlace, and your anchors. You’ve mapped the structure of how you work inside. You’ve practiced the inquiry tools. You’ve had six weeks to notice yourself.
Now it’s time to test all of it in a live room, with real people, in real time.
And for those returning for a second or third intensive — you already know what’s waiting. The work meets you exactly where you are now, not where you were last time.
What Happens in the Room
There is no agenda in the conventional sense. No slide deck to work through. No curriculum left to cover.
What there is: a room of people who speak the same language, three facilitators holding the space, and two and a half days of working with whatever the group brings.
Participants bring real scenarios — situations from their lives, relationships, and work where their StillPlace is tested. The group works with those scenarios together, in the full group and in small breakouts, using the MyStillPlace framework as the operating language.
The facilitators guide without directing. They hold the space without filling it. They intervene precisely and sparingly — and when they do, it lands.
This is where you find out what you’re actually capable of. Not in theory. In practice.
What You’ll Develop
Over the two and a half days, participants develop:
- The ability to facilitate themselves from their StillPlace when the pressure is live and the stakes are real — not just when it’s quiet and safe.
- The capacity to facilitate others from the same state — to meet someone in difficulty without being pulled into their pattern, and to hold space without imposing direction.
- Fluency with the language patterns and inquiry tools introduced in the six weeks, now applied to complex, layered, real-world material.
- A deepened and often surprising relationship with their own blocks — the places their StillPlace gets hardest to maintain — and a gentler understanding of why.
- Embodied experience of what it means to work from a regulated, grounded state in relationship with yourself, individuals and in group dynamics.
The group itself becomes a resource. The connections made across a weekend like this tend to last.
The Resit
For returning graduates.
There’s a reason many people come back.
The first time through, you’re orienting — getting your bearings in a live environment, discovering how the work feels when it’s real rather than theoretical. The second time, something shifts. You’re less occupied with finding your StillPlace and more capable of working from it. You notice more. You offer more. You receive more.
The third time, some people begin to wonder what it would mean to facilitate others in this way.
Each resit is a different experience because you are different. The framework doesn’t change. You do.
Returning graduates are warmly welcomed at any intensive. Contact us to discuss.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I attend the intensive without doing the six weeks?
No. The prerequisite is firm — not as a gate, but because the in-person experience depends on everyone in the room sharing the same foundational language and self-awareness. Arriving without that preparation diminishes the experience for you and for the group.
I completed the six weeks some time ago. Can I still attend?
Yes. Contact us and we’ll have a brief conversation to ensure you’re well prepared. In most cases, returning to the weekly community sessions before the intensive is a helpful way to refresh the work.
What should I bring?
A willingness to be present and honest. Comfortable clothing. A journal. Everything else will be provided or advised at registration.
Is the intensive suitable if I'm in a difficult period personally?
The work is designed to be safe, paced and participant-led. That said, if you’re currently in acute distress or crisis, we’d encourage a conversation with one of the facilitators before registering. The intensive works best when you have enough stability to be curious rather than overwhelmed.
What happens after the intensive?
You return to — or deepen your involvement in — the weekly MyStillPlace community. Many graduates find the weeks following an intensive to be some of the most productive of their practice. The integration continues in the group.
Intensives form around graduate numbers and location. If you’ve completed the six weeks and you’re ready, don’t wait.
