Most of us spend a lot of time and energy trying to fix what feels broken — managing symptoms, changing behaviour, white-knuckling our way through the hard moments. It rarely sticks. Because the real work isn’t about fixing. It’s about returning home to yourself, which we call MyStillPlace.
Your StillPlace is already there. You’ve felt it — maybe in a moment of deep presence, quiet clarity, or genuine connection. The MyStillPlace program is a structured, guided journey back to that state, and more importantly, a way of learning to live from it.
The Complete Journey
The MyStillPlace Program runs in two connected and inseparable phases. The six-week online component is the essential foundation. The in-person workshop is where that foundation becomes lived, embodied, and permanent.
You don’t attend one without the other. The online work prepares you precisely for what happens in the room. And what happens in the room is unlike anything you can get from a screen.
Phase One — The Online Foundation
Over six weeks, in a small group format online, you’ll build the foundational skills and self-awareness that make lasting change possible. You’ll explore what matters most to you, map the patterns you fall into under pressure, and develop a clear, embodied sense of your own StillPlace — the regulated, grounded state from which real choice becomes available.
Each week builds on the last. By the end of six weeks you’ll have a working map of your inner world and practical tools to return to your StillPlace when you meet life’s challenges.
Phase Two — The Weekend Intensive
The weekend intensive is where everything learned online becomes lived. Over two and a half days together in person, you’ll apply the MyStillPlace framework to real scenarios — your own and others’ — in a supported group environment with three experienced facilitators.
This is not a lecture or a seminar. It’s a practice space. You’ll work in the full group and in small breakouts, deepening your ability to facilitate yourself and others from the StillPlace state. Many participants return for multiple intensives as their practice deepens.
Who Is This For
This program is for people who are serious about understanding how they work — the patterns that drive their reactions, the values underneath those reactions, and the state from which genuine choice is possible. It suits those in the helping professions, people in leadership, men and women doing serious personal development work, and anyone who’s tried surface-level approaches and found them wanting.
