Six weeks builds the foundation. Two and a half days changes how you live from it.
The MyStillPlace Program
Most people don’t need more information about themselves. They need a way back to themselves.
You probably already know your patterns. You’ve seen yourself go quiet when you should speak, or reactive when you want to stay calm. You’ve noticed the version of you that shows up under pressure isn’t always the version you want to be.
Knowing this about yourself hasn’t been enough for you to create lasting change in your way of being. Because the gap between knowing and living differently isn’t achieved through more insight. It’s achieved through something more fundamental — a stable, embodied state from which you actually have a choice.
That state is what we call MyStillPlace. This program teaches you to find it, return to it, and ultimately live from it — especially in the moments when life is at its hardest.
The difference this program makes is not just in what you know about yourself. It’s in where you operate from. Most of us spend the majority of our lives in the passenger seat of our own experience — reacting to what arises, driven by patterns we didn’t consciously choose, shaped by environments and relationships and old decisions we’ve long since forgotten making. MyStillPlace teaches you to move to the driver’s seat. To live from the inside out — responsive rather than reactive, grounded rather than driven, at the source of your experience rather than at the effect of it.
The Complete Journey
The MyStillPlace Program runs in two connected and inseparable phases. The six-week online component is the essential foundation. The in-person workshop is where that foundation becomes lived, embodied, and permanent.
You don’t attend one without the other. The online work prepares you precisely for what happens in the room. And what happens in the room is unlike anything you can get from a screen.
Phase One — The Online Foundation (Six Weeks)
Week 1 — Values & Direction
We start with what matters most. You will learn how to identify your core values in a specific context — the deeper things your behaviour is always trying to protect or pursue — and begin to notice how your state and actions shift depending on whether those values are being honoured or threatened. This is the ground from where we build MyStillPlace.
Week 2 — Patterns Under Pressure
Here we name what you’re learning to notice about yourself and your reactive patterns. Using the clear, embodied framework of MyStillPlace you’ll learn how to map the reactive patterns you default to when your values feel under threat — the ways you push back, withdraw, over-explain, or disappear. These aren’t personality flaws. They’re protective strategies. Understanding them changes your relationship to them.
Week 3 — How You Show Up
We turn our attention to how you internally represent your experience — the pictures, sounds and sensations that make up your inner world in conversation and in conflict. You’ll then learn how to map your resourceful states: the internal structure of how you are when you’re at your best. This becomes a reference point you’ll return to throughout the MyStillPlace program.
Week 4 — Your StillPlace
The core session. You’ll be guided into a direct, embodied experience of your StillPlace — a calm, awake, spacious state your nervous system already knows. You’ll learn to recognise its structure, understand how it differs from your stressed reactive state, and begin to see it as the home base from which real choice is possible.
Week 5 — Anchoring & Precise Inquiry
Learn two practical tools that work together. You’ll create a reliable physical anchor — a repeatable cue linked to your StillPlace that you can access at will. And we’ll name and teach the style of precise, non-interpretive inquiry we’ve been using throughout the program, so you can apply it to your own inner exploration and in your work with others.
Week 6 — Integration
The full picture comes together. Your values, patterns, StillPlace and tools become a coherent whole. You’ll work with a gentle metaphor-based process for exploring the blocks that pull you from your StillPlace, and you’ll leave with a personal integration map — and a clear sense of what’s waiting for you in the room on the in-person weekend workshop.
All six sessions are recorded. Life happens — family, work, the unexpected. If you can’t attend a session live, the recording is yours to return to. That said, the live group experience is where the real work happens, and attending each session is strongly encouraged. The group dynamic is part of the methodology, not just a delivery format.
Here’s What No Recording Can Give You
You can watch yourself think. You can journal your patterns. You can understand, intellectually, everything the six weeks teaches.
But there is a particular kind of learning that only happens when you’re in a room with other people — when the stakes are real, the dynamic is live, and the work isn’t theoretical. When someone across from you is in it, and you have to meet them from your StillPlace. When your own reactive patterns show up unexpectedly and you have to navigate them in real time, with support.
That’s what the in-person workshop is. It’s the difference between knowing the map and walking the territory.
Phase Two — The In-Person Workshop (2.5 Days)
The workshop is an intensive, in-person application of everything built across the six weeks. Over two and a half days, you’ll work in the full group and in small breakout sessions with three experienced facilitators — applying the MyStillPlace framework to real scenarios brought by the group.
This is not a seminar. There are no more concepts to learn. This is practice — embodied, relational, and guided. You’ll develop the ability to facilitate yourself and others from your StillPlace state, working with live material in a dynamic and supportive environment.
By the end of the workshop, participants consistently report:
- A felt, practiced experience of facilitating themselves and others from their StillPlace.
- Greater capacity to meet pressure, conflict and complexity without leaving their centre.
- Fluency with the language patterns and inquiry tools introduced in the six weeks.
- A deepened relationship with their own patterns and a more compassionate understanding of others’.
- A release of somatic symptoms, tensions and pressures is not uncommon among participants.
- Access to the ongoing community online practice sessions.
Workshop locations vary by intake. The program runs in different locations across Australia. Contact us for current dates and your nearest intake.
After the Workshop — The Community
Completing the program isn’t the end of the journey. It’s where the real practice begins.
Graduates join the growing MyStillPlace community of practitioners who meet each week to reflect, practice and continue deepening their relationship with the MyStillPlace work. These weekly sessions are where the work stays alive — where you bring real life situations, refine your skills, and continue developing alongside people who speak the same language.
Many graduates return to the in-person workshop multiple times. Not because they didn’t get it the first time — but because each return brings a different depth. The work meets you where you are, every time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is required. Curiosity and a genuine willingness to look honestly at yourself are the only prerequisites.
Is this therapy?
The program draws on therapeutic principles but is facilitated as a personal development and skills-based experience. If you’re currently managing an acute mental health condition, we recommend a conversation with your healthcare provider before enrolling.
Can I do the in-person workshop without completing the six weeks online?
No. The six-week online component is the essential prerequisite. The in-person workshop is built directly on the foundation laid online — without it, the workshop experience is significantly diminished for you and for the group.
What if I miss a session during the six weeks?
All sessions are recorded and available to you. We understand life has demands. If you need to miss a session, watch the recording before the following week and let your facilitator know. Consistent live attendance is strongly encouraged.
What happens after the workshop?
You’re invited into the ongoing weekly community — a self-facilitated practice group where graduates and those curious about the work continue to develop and apply the MyStillPlace framework. Many participants also return for subsequent workshops.
Where are the workshops held?
Workshop locations vary by intake. Contact us to find out about upcoming dates and locations nearest to you.
